Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5–11 days after your order ships. Some orders take longer, especially during the holiday season and periods of high demand.

Where orders ship from

Our products ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses outside the United States. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking and delivery problems

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, email us at granturinio@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to correct it, email us as soon as possible; we may not be able to change the address once the order has shipped.
